How the website handles information entered by visitors.
The service-request form and automated assistant prepare selections and request text locally in the browser. This website has no database that stores form entries or the assistant conversation.
Visit counter
The website counts this browser once in each 24-hour period. The server creates a random first-party cookie that remains in the browser for one year, while its irreversible server-side hash is retained for only 24 hours to prevent duplicates. To protect the counter from inflation, the server also retains for no more than 24 hours an irreversible hash derived from the connection address and limits new identifiers from one source; it does not store a raw IP address or user-agent text. Deleting the cookie or using another browser or device may record another visit, so the number represents approximate browser visits rather than confirmed individuals.
No request data is sent while the visitor fills in the form or uses the automated assistant. Pressing “Send Request via WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp, a Meta service, with the user-prepared message addressed to the selected public office contact. From that point, the data is subject to WhatsApp and device policies.
The illustrative croquis and calculation tools run in the browser. Users must avoid entering confidential information unless required for a direct service request.
Map sections load tiles from OpenStreetMap and may display an Esri basemap when selected. When a visitor selects a point, the browser sends its latitude and longitude to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to identify the city and district. Those services may receive ordinary connection data such as the IP address and browser type; this website does not store the coordinates in a database.
Precise device location is requested only after the visitor presses the location button and grants browser permission. Manual map selection remains available.
